Love delicious food? Join us for a seasonal cooking experience with our fresh farm foods and a guided hayride farm tour!

This three-part series will feature integrative medicine doctor and cooking teacher Kate Shafto, MD. Kate will guide you through a seasonal journey of easy, delicious & nutrient-packed dishes.

FFF owners Chuck and Marie will take you on a hayride tour of our serene certified organic & regenerative farm.

June 7th - Presto pesto

Spring & early summer crops are full of vital nutrients to support the transition out of winter and into high summer. Learn how to make a versatile spring pesto, whole grain crackers, and rhubarb sauce using seasonal ingredients.

July 19th - Here today, gone tomato

The height of tomato season comes as fast as it leaves but not without leaving you more tomatoes than you bargained for! Together we’ll prepare a fresh salsa packed with flavor, vitamins, minerals & antioxidants.

And utilize those abundant tomatoes and cucumbers to beat the summer heat with a refreshing, electrolyte-replenishing gazpacho drink!

September 27th - Kick it root down!

In this fall session we’ll share simple methods to prepare root vegetables, hearty greens, and storage crops. We’ll use whatever is abundant and make sure you’re prepared to stay well-nourished deep into the winter season.
