Farm Produce
We are a four season farm, harvesting a diverse variety of produce from our fields & no-till greenhouses year-round. All the produce sold by our farm is grown at our farm.
We specialize in greens production year-round*, ginger & turmeric, award wining tomatoes, sweet potatoes, garlic and grow additional crops like melons, cucumbers, carrots, fennel & more.
*depending on the season you can find: spinach, arugula, salad mix, head lettuce, boc choi, komatsuna, kale, swiss chard & more.

Growing Grains
In addition to produce, we also grow whole grains that are milled on the farm. We sell the following grain products: whole wheat / rye berries, milled whole grain flours, polenta & cornmeal.
