Farm Produce: Vegetables, Fruits & Herbs

The vegetable production is the heart of the farm.

We are a four season farm, harvesting a diverse variety of warm weather and hardy New England herbs, fruits and vegetables from the fields year-round. This produce is supplemented in the fall, winter, and spring with literally tons of storage crops, greenhouses full of cold-sweetened greens and valued-added products made with our produce. All the produce sold by our farm is grown at our farm. Learn more about our growing practices.

What We Grow

This list varies by season and year. We always are trying new crops and varieties that are well adapted to New England’s growing climate. Farming with nature means we are impacted by weather and some years certain crops don't flourish. This list is what we are striving to grow at the farm now and a good bet on what we’ll have for our CSA in the coming seasons.
